- All quotations and proposals issued by Cahaya Group are indicative only and are subject to formal acceptance and the execution of an engagement agreement.
- Fees quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes, disbursements, or out-of-pocket expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Cahaya Group reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.
- Consulting output is prepared for the specific client and engagement described in the engagement agreement, and should not be relied upon by any third party.
8. Confidentiality and enquiries
